New Phone System Posted or Updated on 1 Jul 2024

The Surgery replaced our telephone system on Friday 14/06/2024 with a new cloud based phone system. This will enable new features for our receptionists and we are hoping the new system will help us to provide a better telephone service for our patients.

We did have a prolonged period of downtime on the swithcover date 14/06/2024 but we was back up and running within 90 minutes on this. We apologise to our patients for this inconvenience. 

We have done a lot of work in advance and since the changeover, and we will continue work through any teething issues with the system promptly.
